Had a wonderful hour with The Small Boy, four and a half, in the studio.  He chose what colours he wanted and had a great time with brushes and palette knives.  He was adamant he wanted no help, except replenish his palette .  It is a delight to watch a person painting with no inhibitions.  After some messy while he decided 'Well that's finished' and went off to play with his cars, or was it football, I can't remember. Anyway I was knackered!
